Les has been an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2000. He has completed over 11,000 residential appraisals throughout the Okanagan.
Prior to appraising, he acquired 12 years of extensive experience in the property management field, including four years as the Head of Operations for a variety of mixed-use Strata Corporations within Vancouver’s urban core.
